Beacon System
Beacon is the database and communication system used by Members, Southwell u3a Officers, Committee Members and Group Leaders who need access to its information.
Members can also access Beacon to manage their contact details and to pay their membership fees.
Logon to the Beacon System
Administration Login
To access administrative functions of Beacon as a Southwell u3a Officer, Committee Member or Group Leader please use the Login below.
You should already have been given a username and password for Beacon, if you have not then please contact Michele Bennett
Members' Portal
Using the Members' Portal members can modify their details, such as email address etc. as well a renewing their membership with Southwell u3a.
Note: To gain access to the Members' Portal you will need to go through a one-time registration process the first time you use it. This will require you to enter your email address and to choose a password.
