On Sunday 8th November, Southwell will hold a ceremony for Remembrance Day, 10:30am at the War Memorial on the Burgage. Last year, for the first time, the u3a joined the local groups laying a wreath to remember the dead and injured from the first, second and later wars.
We invite all members to join us for this act of Remembrance (but wrap up warm please). If you are an ex-forces member, do please email me beforehand if possible.
