In the Book Group, we enjoy reading from a wide range of genres and discussing what we have read, as well as issues arising from it.
Members normally source their own copies, which gives us maximum flexibility in our choice of texts. We negotiate our programme by group agreement, and tend to read from a different genre each month.
We decide our programme by holding a Member’s Choice meeting once a year
We make time for refreshments and a chat as well as our book discussion
